With an abundance of radishes and dill in the garden right now, it’s time for some lacto-fermented radishes.
So easy to do, so delicious. And, so good for you!
I like to fancy them up a little by using smoked sea salt instead of regular sea salt.
So, let’s get to it! It’s quite easy really!
